The 56.86-acre, 98- lot subdivision, 114-unit (71-single-family, 42-multi-family (contained within 5-lots), 16- commercial, and 6-common) is located on the southeast comer of State Highway 44 and E. The proposed 5.70 acre residential subdivision will consist of 12 lots (8 - buildable, 4 - common).
