RESOLUTION NO. 07-08
SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City Clerk and the Historic Commission of the City of Eagle, Idaho are
requesting that following fixed assets be surplused as the assets are no longer required to
conduct Museum business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho
that the following fixed assets are deemed surplus property by the Historic Commission
and the City of Eagle:
Monitor - Asset #317 - Tag # 1 045
Computer - Asset #319 - Tag # 1047
Epson Printer - Asset #358 - Tag #1088
Cannon Copier - Asset #361 - Tag #1092
The administrative staff of the Eagle Library, under the supervision of the City Clerk and
or Library Director, is authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization
provided by this Resolution.
