RESOLUTION NO. 06-57
A resolution reappointing a member to the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission and
providing an effective date.
The following resolution was considered and adopted by the City of Eagle on the I ih day
of December, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Eagle, pursuant to Eagle City
Code Title 2, Chapter 1 that Thomas Jacobs be reappointed to the Eagle Planning and
Zoning Commission for a period to not exceed three (3) years from November 30, 2006.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above resolution is effective the 12th day of
December 2006.
