RESOLUTION NO. 06-55
SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City Clerk and the Library Director of the City of Eagle, Idaho are
requesting that following fixed assets be surplused as the assets are no longer required to
conduct Library business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho
that the following fixed assets are deemed surplus property by the Library Board and the
City of Eagle:
2 Sprint System Telephone Boxes
2 Power Sonic Batteries
10 Sprint Protege Telephones
Lanier Copier - Model L 7328
Coin-Op Copier
The administrative staff of the Eagle Library, under the supervision of the City Clerk, is
authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided by this
Resolution.
