Resolution - 2006 - 47 - Adopt The Fee Schedule For Plumbing Permits - 10/24/2006 RESOLUTION No. 06-47 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO ADOPTING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE PURPOSES OF TITLE 7, CHAPTER IF OF THE EAGLE CITY CODE FOR PLUMBING PERMITS; AND, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for the plumbing fee schedule was published in The Valley Times on October 9, 2006 and October 16, 2006 as required by Idaho Code; 2006. WHEREAS, a public hearing on the plumbing fee schedule was held on October 24, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is III the best interest of the inhabitants of the City of Eagle to adopt the plumbing fee schedule; WHEREAS, the City Council has approved amending and updating the City's fee schedule for plumbing permits by this Resolution; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO. Section I: Said plumbing fee schedule substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and hereby incorporated herein by this reference is hereby approved. Section 2: The Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for and on behalf of the City of Eagle. Section 3: This Resolution shall be in full force and effective as of November 13,2006. ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this 24th day of October, 2006. Sewer and water service lines installed by persons performing work other than plumbing contractor of the building: fee based on the contract price of the completed installation to be calculated from the verified contract price table below. C. Commercial coaches - Manufactured buildings: All commercial coaches and manufactured buildings constructed in Idaho, or constructed for use in Idaho, must purchase permits as per residential fee schedule. D. Lawn Sprinklers: inspection fee (to be calculated from the verified contract price table below) based on the cost of labor and materials needed to complete the installation from the connection to the water system through the backflow prevention device. E. Mobile home parks and/or RV parks: Sewer and water service lines shall be classed as commercial. Note: This does not include the connection of the mobile home. (Refer to Residential Section C). F. Installations done with volunteer labor and/or donated materials will be calculated at fair market value.
