Ordinance - 2004 - 472 - Amend Title 6 Cable Fees Ordinance - 04/13/2004
ORIGINAI ORDINANCE NO. 472 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 10 OF THE EAGLE CITY CODE, TO AMEND THE CABLE TV FEE SCHEDULE AND PROVIDE FOR AN UPDATED COPY OF SUCH FEES TO BE AVAILABLE AT CITY HALL; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, due to the frequency of the fee changes in the Cable TV fee schedule set forth in the Eagle City Code 6-6-10 and the time in which it takes to have these fees printed in the Eagle City Code, the City of Eagle wishes to make available an updated Cable TV fee schedule at City Hall; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, Ada County, Idaho; Section 1. Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 10, of the Eagle City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Grantee shall be entitled to charge each customer a rate and/or fee, subject to change by Resolution of the Eagle City Council, as follows (please note: at times the CATV fee schedule is changed prior to being reflected in this section of City Code, to ensure these rates are correct please call or visit City Hall for an updated fee schedule): Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publication as required by law. In lieu of publication of the entire Ordinance, a summary thereof in compliance with Section 50-901A, Idaho Code, may be published. DATED this lM day of k)i-p r; i , 2004.
