NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows: Section 1: That Title 4, Chapter 9, Section 7 shall now read: 4-9-7: PENALTY: Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable by a fine of $50.00.
