Ordinance No. 464
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY,
CHAPTER 9 LOUD AMPLIFICATION DEVICES; NOISE ORDINANCE, SECTION 7
PENALTY OF THE EAGLE CITY CODE, AND DESIGNATING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That Title 4, Chapter 9, Section 7 shall now read:
4-9-7: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an
infraction and shall
be punishable by a fine of $50.00.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage, approval, and publication as required by law.

Devices; Noise Ordinance, Section 7 Penalty of Eagle City Code. The amendment
will make the violation of this code section an infraction, punishable by a fine.
