DR-36-06 - Albertson’s Building Addition and Exterior Remodel - Albertsons, Inc.:

Albertsons, Inc., represented by Jeffrey King with CTA Architects Engineers, is requesting
design review approval to construct an 866-square foot building addition with an exterior
remodel. The site is located on the southeast corner of South Eagle Road and Plaza Drive at 250
South Eagle Road. (WEV)

Discussion regarding the Co-Location of Telecommunications Facilities on Electrical

Transmission Lines – City of Eagle:
The Eagle City Council has serious concerns about the
unregulated placement of telecommunications facilities on electrical transmission lines within the
City of Eagle and the dangers that such unregulated placement creates for the general public. The
Council will hold a meeting to determine an immediate course of action to regulate these uses.

G. An ordinance annexing certain real property
situated in the unincorporated area of Ada County, Idaho, and contiguous to the corporate limits
of the City of Eagle, to the City of Eagle, Idaho; establishing the zoning classification of said real
property described herein; amending the zoning map of the City of Eagle to reflect said changes;
directing that copies of this ordinance be filed as provided by law; and providing an effective
