RESOLUTION NO. 06-29
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, The City Clerk of the City of Eagle, Idaho is requesting that following fixed
assets be surplused as the assets are no longer required to conduct City business.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, that the following fixed asset is deemed surplus property by the City of Eagle:
Okidata Printer - Tag # I 024
The administrative staff of the City of Eagle, under the supervision of the City Clerk, is
authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided by this
Resolution.
