Village Center area of the Comprehensive plan:
3. Discussion of
expectations, goals, and objectives as detailed in the Western Area Plan.
Include opportunities and constraints specific to the Western Area including
transportation, land use and topographical concerns. Review of similar
corporate campuses in the west. Discussion of market conditions and issues
to be considered in the design of the area.
