It has come to our attention through your buyer of this home that we had made an error in
the addressing of the property. We used the house number for it facing Bolton Court, but
the street name of Kingsbury Way.
I have verified with Ada County Development Services that the correct address should be
2166 W Bolton Court. Therefore please find a corrected Certificate of Occupancy
enclosed that reflects this address.
