I. CALL TO ORDER: Council Member Guerber calls the meeting to order at 6:07
p.m.
Sedlacek moves to have Council Member Guerber preside over the meeting.
Seconded by Nordstrom. ALL AYES: MOTION CARRIES................
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER, NORDSTROM. Bastian is
absent. A quorum is present.
City Attorney Zokan: I would like you to consider adding pending or threatened litigation under
your Executive Session.
Sedlacek moves to amend the agenda to add under Executive Session Pending or
Threatened Litigation in addition to Personnel and Acquisition of Private Property.

Council goes into Executive Session at 6: I 0 p.m.
Council discusses personnel, acquisition of private property and pending or threatened litigation.
Council leaves Executive Session at 7: 15 p.m.
