ORDINANCE NO. 527
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-2,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 1-5-2V; Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
A. Time and Place: The time and place of the regular council meetings shall be held in at the
Eagle eCity liHall on the second, third., and fourth Tuesdays of each month, Pre -Council at six
thirty o'clock (6:30) P.M. and Regular Council Meeting at seven thirty o'clock (7:30) P.M. of
said day. If the second, third, or fourth Tuesday of the month is a holiday, the meeting shall
be held the evening following at the same hour.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
approval, and publication.
