RESOLUTION NO. 05-19
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, The City of Eagle surpluses the following fixed assets.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, that the following fixed assets are deemed surplus property by the City of Eagle:
1. Zerox Fax Machine Combo - Tag #1043
2. HP Netserv LC3 - Tag #1028
3. Toshiba Telephone system - No Tag #
4. Pick up camper shell- No Tag #
The administrative staff of the City of Eagle, under the supervision of the City Clerk, is
authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided by this
Resolution.
