RESOLUTION NO. 05-20
SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The following furniture and equipment belong to the City of Eagle are to be
designated as surplus.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, as follows:
1. The following furniture and equipment are to be designated as surplus:

1005 Cassette Recorder
1009 2 Drawer File Cabinet
10 14 Cannon Copier - Donated to Library

1090 External Modem
1092 Canon Copier - Donated to Museum
1310 Secretary Chair
1467 Computer, Monitor- Donated to Museum
2. The administrative staff of the City, under the supervision of the City Clerk, is
authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided by this
Resolution.
