Special Meeting Minutes
July 26, 2005
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor calls the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER, NORDSTROM. Nordstrom
absent. A quorum is present.
City Attorney: Some situations have arisen that will require the City to go into Executive
Session for the discussion of acquisition of private property.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
A. Acquisition of private property. I.C. S67-2345(a)
B. Pending or threatened litigation. I.C. S67-2345(f)
Mayor introduces the issue.
Bastian moves to go into Executive Session for the discussion of acquisition of
private property and pending or threatened litigation. Seconded by Sedlacek.
Bastian: AYE; Sedlacek: AYE; Guerber: AYE; ALL AYES: MOTION
CARRIES.............
Council discusses acquisition of private property and pending or threatened litigation.
Council leaves Executive Session at 6:25 p.m.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
Bastian moves to adjourn. Seconded by Sedlacek. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIES...
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
