AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EAGLE CITY CODE, TITLE 8, CHAPTER 8,
SECTION 1, OF THE AREA OF CITY IMPACT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
Whereas the Eagle City Council and the Ada County Commissioners entered into negotiations
and resolved to amend the area of impact to include land designated for park use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Eagle, Idaho as follows:
Section 1: That Eagle City Code Section 8-8-1, be, and the same hereby is, amended
to read as follows:
8-8-1: The Eagle Area of City Impact is the area designated on the Eagle Area of City Impact
Boundary Map, fully incorporated by reference and established by Ordinance No. +22; 275,
copies of which are available at the Eagle City Hall and the Ada County Development Services
Department.
Amendments to the Map are attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2: C.. The City_ of Eagle shall not annex the land designated in Ordinance

Section 3: That this Ordinance, or a summary thereof in compliance with Section 50-
901A, Idaho Code, shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City, and shall take
effect immediately upon its passage, approval, and publication.

OF CITY IMPACT IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A parcel of land located in Lot 1, Block 1, Hidden Hollow Subdivision, in
Sections 2 and 3, T. 4 N. R. 1 E_. B.M., Ada County, Idaho more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 2 and being the REAL
POINT OF BEGINNING:
Thence N. 89° 29' 29"' W. 665.66 feet to a point on the easterly right of way of
Idaho State Highway No. 55;
Thence S. 18° 06' 50" E. 2111.37 feet along said easterly right of way;
Thence a distance of 606.27 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of
1945.94 feet, a central angle of 17° 51' 03", and a long chord of S. 09° 11' 18" E.
603.82 feet to a point on the south boundary of said Section 2;
