ORDINANCE NO. 274
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ENACTING A NEW SECTION 4
OF CHAPTER 2, TITLE 5, EAGLE CITY CODE, RELATING TO THE OPERATION
OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES OR IN-LINE SKATES ON OR WITHIN PUBLIC
TENNIS COURTS OR WITHIN PUBLIC PARKS AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1: That a new Section 4 of chapter 2, Title 5, of the
Eagle City Code be, and the same hereby is, enacted to read as
follows:
OPERATION OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES, OR IN-LINE SKATES ON
PUBLIC TENNIS COURTS OR WITHIN PUBLIC PARKS: It shall be
unlawful for any person to ride, operate, or cause to be
ridden or operated any skateboard, roller skates or in-line
skates on or within a public tennis court or public park.
Section 2: That this ordnance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
