Ordinance - 2005 - 518 - Intent To Sell Property - 05/24/2005ORIGINAL SCANNED ORDINANCE NO. 518 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, EXPRESSING OFFICIAL INTENT, PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 67-2323 & 50- 1403, IDAHO CODE, TO SELL REAL PROPERTY OF THE CITY TO THE ADA COUNTY HIGHWAY DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, the City of Eagle (the "City"), Ada County, Idaho, is a municipal corporation duly organized and operating under the laws of the State of Idaho; and WHEREAS, the City Council (the "Council") of the City, has determined that the real property described herein is best served as a Park and Ride Commuter lot for the Ada County Highway District ("ACHD"); WHEREAS, said real property was appraised at a value of ninety thousand dollars ($90,000); NOW, THEREFORE, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows: Section 1: The City intends to sell the following described real property: SEE EXHIBIT A attached hereto Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publication as required by law.
