Ordinance - 2005 - 516 - Fy05 Amend Appropriation Ordinance 483 - 05/24/2005ORIGINAL ORDINANCE NO. 516 SCANNFP AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, AMENDING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 483 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2004 TO REFLECT THE RECEIPT OF UNSCHEDULED REVENUES, INCREASING AND ESTABLISHING THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENDITURES IN THE GENERAL FUND, PROVIDING THAT THE TAX LEVY UPON TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF EAGLE IS NOT AFFECTED HEREBY PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH ARE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PUBLICATION DATE. Section 1: That the sum of $166,800.00 be, and the same is appropriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of the General Fund of the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2004, thereby amending Ordinance No. 483. Section 2: Purposes and Amounts of Appropriation. That the objects and purposes for which such appropriations are made, and the amounts of such appropriations are as follows after accounting for receipt of unscheduled revenues: PROPOSED EXPENDITURES: GENERAL FUND: 1. Payment to Idaho Power for burying the distribution line located on the east side of Eagle Road between the alleyway located west of the Eagle Substation and the existing underground dip located south of of the Bypass. 2. Capital Expenditures - City Facilities $80,000 90,000 $170,000 TOTAL PROPOSED EXPENDITURE FOR BY 04/05 $170,000 PROPOSED REVENUES/FUNDING RESOURCES GENERAL FUND: 1. Idaho Power Franchise Fee increase from 1% to 3% for $80,000 Fiscal Year 04/05 beginning January 1, 2005. 2. Sale of City owned property at W. State and Ballantyne 90,000 to ACHD for a Park n' Ride Lot TOTAL PROPOSED REVENUES FOR FY 04/05: $170,000 Section 3: Tax Levy unaffected. That the tax levy established for the City of Eagle for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2004, shall be unaffected by this ordinance. Section 4: Amendment of Conflicting Ordinances. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby amended to the extent of such conflict to conform to the appropriations made by this ordinance.
