RESOLUTION NO. 05-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE EAGLE CITY COUNCIL, EAGLE, ADA COUNTY,
IDAHO AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO MAKE A DONATION TO THE 2005
JUNIOR GIRLS GOLF TOURNAMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, pursuant to section 50-303 of the Idaho State
Code, wishes to lend their support by donating $2,500.00 to the 2005 Junior Girls Golf
Tournament which is being played in Eagle at the Banbury Golf Club; and
WHEREAS, the Eagle City Council finds this donation to be an appropriate
contribution to enrich the City's cultural and recreational activities.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO.
Section 1: The Eagle City Council hereby donates $2,500.00 to the 2005 Junior
Girls Golf Tournament.
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, this d2 day of January, 2005.
