ORDINANCE No. 484
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, TO REMOVE
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO; DIRECTING THAT COPIES OF THIS ORDINANCE BE
FILED AS PROVIDED BY LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Idaho is a municipal corporation organized and operating
under the laws of the State of Idaho and is authorized to remove and/or exclude contiguous real
property within the boundaries of the City in the manner provided by Section 50-225, Idaho
Code; and
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle desires to remove from the corporate limits of the City of
Eagle the real property particularly described in Section 2 of this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the intent of Ordinance 368 was to not include that real property described
herein and previously annexed through Ordinance 368.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby deannexes the property described below and as
shown on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A".
Section 2: That the City of Eagle hereby deannexes the property particularly described in
the legal description attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "B".
Section 3: That this Ordinance, or a summary thereof, in compliance with Section 50-
901A, Idaho Code, shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City, and shall take
effect immediately upon its passage, approval, and publication.
Approved and adopted this 24th day of August. 2004.

The Idaho State Tax Commission received the documentation that was provided for the
de -annexation of real property in EAGLE (CITY), for tax year 2005. The Idaho State
Tax Commission approves the map and legal description. This approval is limited to the
acknowledgement that the map and legal description meets the requirements of Section
63-215 Idaho Code, and Idaho State Tax Commission Rule 225.
