Special Meeting Minutes
November 15,2004
This meeting was held at the Eagle Public Library prior to the scheduled Town Hall
Meeting with the Ada County Commissioners and are separate minutes
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Merrill called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER, NORDSTROM. Bastian absent. A
quorum is present.
3. IDAHO POWER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT:
City Attorney Buxton and the Council discuss the proposed Settlement with Idaho Power
Company in regards to the distribution and transmission lines through Eagle.
Nordstrom moves to approve the Settlement Stipulation and the Joint Motion for
Acceptance of Settlement as presented tonight and authorizes the Mayor to sign the
final documents. Seconded by Guerber. ALL AYES: MOTION

4. ADJOURNMENT:
Nordstrom moves to adjourn. Seconded by Guerber. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIES........... ...
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 6: 15 p.m. and the Mayor
and Council Members attended the scheduled Ada County Commissioners Meeting.
