EAGLE CITY COUNCIL

July 20, 2004
The City of Eagle will be holding an open house to present the future land use
designations and policies for the area located between Linder Road and State Highway
16, and generally between State Highway 20/26 (Chinden Blvd.) and Farmers Union
Canal (Homer Road/the foothills). Eagle Senior Center 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
Present: BASTIAN, GUERBER, SEDLACEK. Absent: NORDSTROM.
Council interacts with those in attendance to provide and receive feedback on the
information presented.
Sedlacek moves to approve the open container permit request submitted by John L.
Scott to be used at Merrill Park. Seconded by Bastian. ALL A YE...MOTION
CARRIES.
Open House ends at 8:00 p.m.
