City Council: BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER, NORDSTROM. Absent Bastian,
Guerber. A quorum is not present
Planning & Zoning: CROOK, GLA V ACH, LIEN, Absent; Deckers, Bandy A quorum
is present

DISCUSSION ITEMS:
A. Future land use in the Area Of Impact. (NBS)
Mayor Merrill introduces the item.
Nichole Baird-Spencer City Staff provides an overview of the mapping process for the
comprehensive plan for the area of impact expansion.
Steve Guerber arrives at 7: 15 p.m.
Douglas Carnaharn addresses the concern they have for services in the area north of
Chinden. The intent for this area is mixed use over to Spur Wing.
Jock Hewitt the developer of Spur Wing Country Club addresses the use for the parcels
within the country club on thee undeveloped ground. They would like to keep it
mixed use and higher residential for patio n type homes.
Lew Germano a resident of Eagle states the he would like the zones accurately described
General discussion.
Nichoel will e-mail everyone on the City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission
with 2 dates for meeting again.
