1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Merrill calls the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
City Council: BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER, NORDSTROM. All present. A quorum is
present.
Planning & Zoning: BANDY, CROOK, DECKERS, GLA V ACH, LIEN. Deckers and Lien
present. A quorum is not present.
Design Review: MCCULLOUGH, CHRISTENSEN, STANGER, FLOEGEL, BOWEN,
GRUBB, ZASTROW. Floegel present. A quorum is not present.
3. DISCUSSION ITEMS:
A. Three Cities River Crossing. (SD)
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion on the Three Cities River Crossing. This project has moved up in the
schedule and the funding. 2007 will be the year to begin the project.
B. Ada County Ordinance change regarding cluster development. (SD)
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion on the Ada County Ordinance change.
C. Impact area between Eagle and Star. (SD)
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion on the Joint Meeting with Star that was held at 4:00 p.m. today.
General discussion on how the City is proceedings with this impact area and the City limits
boundary to the West.
General discussion on the Ada County Landfill and the options of other sites.
Further discussion on Three Cities River Crossing.
D. New city hall architectural design.
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion on the city hall design and the bond election in May.
Discussion on development of the property between Highway 55 and Horseshoe Bend Road.
General discussion on property development in the City.
Discussion on Idaho Power transmission lines.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Merrill adjourns the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
