EAGLE CITY COUNCIL
Special Meeting Minutes
March 23, 2004
This meeting was held at the Senior Citizen Center
1. CALL TO ORDER: Council President Bastian calls the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER, NORDSTROM. Nordstrom is absent.
A quorum is present.
3. General Discussion on Citv Hall Project - ZGA Architects.
Council President Bastian introduces the issue.
Tom Zabala: Displays site plans, floor plans, building elevations and materials and discusses the
same. We would like some final direction tonight because we are fast approaching the bond
election. We would also like to know what tools the City needs for public presentation for the
bond election. We would need until the end of April to pull everything together. We would like
to go out and have a third party cost estimate on the building. General discussion.
Cathy Sewell: Discussion on the building elevations and materials. General discussion.
Council Member Nordstrom is in attendance at 6:00 p.m.
Further discussion on the building elevations and materials.
Phil Hull, The Land Group, discusses the site plan and some of the modifications requested by
Council. General discussion.
The final selection of the stone materials will be determined by Design Review.
Council concurs with the site plan, and building elevations as presented tonight.
ZGA will prepare presentation materials for the City.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
Council President Bastian adjourns the meeting at 6:25 p.m.
