Findings - PZ - 1988 - Rezone from R-5 to C-2 - Rezone From R-5 To C-1 To Establish A Business Site CITY OF EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION In the Matter of: LLOYD GERBER Rezone Application Applicant FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW On September 6, 1988, pursuant to public notice as required by law, this matter having come before the Eagle Planning and Zoning of the City of Eagle, Idaho, for public hearing upon the application of Lloyd and Elizabeth Gerber, applicants for consideration of a Rezone from R-5 to C-2 in order to establish a business site. The business would include sprinkler, lawn and garden tool repair. The application is for the front portion of the property by legal description contained in file. After hearing testimony from the applicant and interested parties and being advised in the matter the Eagle Planning and Zoning recommends the following: FINDINGS OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. Approval of the application for Rezoning the property from R-5 to C-2 for the purpose of establishing a business, in accordance with the comprehensive plan which provides the intent to insure economic enhancement and to encourage development of businesses to meet the n~~ds of the residents.
